Tarkio pizza

Peel a squash, grate it and simmer. Beat in the egg, add the cheese, pepper, salt, pour in the oil and mix everything well.
We put butter paper in a cast iron pan, load the gravy and distribute it evenly, press lightly. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking, ignite the charcoal with a tanner, place the cast iron grill and wait until the temperature rises to 200 degrees. Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.
Put a cast iron pan in the grill.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Extract, sprinkle with grated cheese, add mozzarella and other additives. We return to the grill and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese melts. Behind the edges of the paper, we pull the pizza out of the pan, cut it, sprinkle with dill.

Ingredients

Tarkis-pizza base (26 cm):
500 g of potatoes
1 egg
50 g of grated fermented or cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper

Additionally:
50 g of sliced hot smoking ham
50 g of grated fermented or cheddar cheese
125 g sliced mozzarella cheese
1 sliced champignon
1⁄4 onion cut in half
1 thinly chopped pickled or pickled cucumber
Chopped dill
