Bbq avocados with aged beef
Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking, light the charcoal with a tanner, place on a stainless steel grill and wait until the temperature rises to 200 degrees. Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.Peel an avocado, cut it in half and remove the stone. Put grated cheese instead of dice. Combine the avocado halves into one. Season the matured beef with pepper, salt and spices, garnish and over avocado. Turn rigidly sideways. Bake in indirect heat for 40 minutes. When 10 minutes remain. apply BBQ sauce.

300 g of cold smoked bacon
100 g of cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. POPPAMIES BBQ sauce "Cherry & Cola"
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp VIKING THE CHEF "Popcorn"
