Fried trout
Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking, light the charcoal with a tanner, place on a stainless steel grill and wait until the temperature rises to 220 degrees.Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.
Clean the trout, gutted, season with salt, pepper and spices.
put herbs, a slice of lemon and one chopped garlic clove inside each.
Place on the grill and bake for 10 minutes. on one side and 10 min. from another.
Delicious.
