Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking, light the charcoal with a tanner, place on the stainless steel grill and wait until the temperature rises to 200 degrees. Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.
Mix all the spices. Preheat the boiler or pot. Melt the butter and fry the diced onion. When the onion is fried, add the spices, stir. Add the rice, pour in the broth and cook covered for 12 minutes. Add the fish, eggs, stir, garnish with coriander, lemon and serve.
Delicious.

3 boiled eggs
750 gr. smoked hake
1l. chicken broth
1 onion
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
lemon
50 gr. butter
1 \ 4 teaspoon turmeric
cinnamon stick
3 grains of cardamom
2 bay leaves
Salt, pepper
