Zucchini pizza

Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking, ignite the charcoal with a tanner, place the cast iron grill and wait until the temperature rises to 200 degrees. Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even. Insert the cast iron skillet. Grate the zucchini, season with salt and let stand for a few minutes. Drain the liquid, beat in the egg, squeeze the garlic, add the flour, pepper and stir.
Heat the oil in a pan and shape the zucchini base. Add sliced sausage, tomato, cheese and cook for 15-20 minutes.
