Kamado Bono warranty is provided from the date of sale to the first buyer for the specified periods under these conditions:
For Minimo, Media, Žalgiris, Grande, Limited, and Picnic grills, the ceramic parts have an unlimited warranty for the natural person using the grill for non-commercial purposes. There is a 2-year warranty for legal entities or individuals using the grill for commercial purposes. Other parts of these grills are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty.
The Hibatchi grill is covered by a 2-year warranty.
*Ceramic grill parts include: body, firebox, fire ring, and deflectors.
The warranty applies in all cases when the grill or its parts are used according to their intended purpose, based on the manufacturer’s instructions, the instructions for the two-zone cooking system, and Kamado Bono recommendations.
If any product covered by the warranty has defects, such product will be repaired or replaced at our representative office in the country where the grill was purchased, or a new part will be sent to the buyer for self-replacement with our remote consultation. When contacting the warranty service, the buyer must photograph the damage for assessment and send us the photo/video by email to hello@kamadobono.ae The email must also include a copy of the purchase receipt.
The warranty applies only to factory defects. If defects arise due to improper assembly, improper repair, modification of the product or its parts, improper maintenance, use not in accordance with the instructions or intended purpose, improper storage conditions, or natural wear and tear, the warranty will not apply. The warranty does not cover rust or oxidation of the grill’s metal parts unless it compromises the structural integrity of the grill.

The warranty is provided upon purchasing products only from Kamado Bono authorized representatives and suppliers listed on the website www.kamadobono.lt. Warranty service is provided only in the country where the grill was purchased.
The grill may only be lit with high-quality charcoal, which should be ignited using dry firelighters or an electric igniter. The use of firewood, briquettes, or liquid fuels is prohibited. In these cases, the warranty will be voided.
In warranty cases, minor imperfections such as ceramic spider cracks occurring during manufacturing and posing no danger, or minimal aesthetic defects that do not affect the grill’s operation (e.g., minor ceramic irregularities, micro glaze imperfections, etc.), are not considered significant issues.
