How Grill Delivery Works

Full-size Kamado grills are delivered using dedicated transport directly to your address.

Before delivery, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Your grill will then be delivered door-to-door at the agreed time.

Typical delivery time: 2–5 business days
Delivery days: Saturday–Thursday
Friday: No deliveries

If you have selected our professional grill assembly service, assembly will be arranged after your grill has been delivered. The technician will contact you directly to arrange a suitable assembly time.

Our professional grill assembly service can be added to your order and is available across the UAE.

How It Works

1. We deliver your grill
Your Kamado is delivered safely to your address at a pre-arranged time.

2. We pass your contact details to our technician
After delivery, the phone number provided with your order will be shared with our assembly technician. You don’t need to arrange anything yourself – the technician will contact you directly to agree on a convenient time for the assembly.

3. Our technician assembles your Kamado
Depending on scheduling and your availability, assembly may take place on the day of delivery or on another convenient day agreed with you.

4. Your Kamado is ready to use
No unpacking, heavy lifting or assembly for you – your grill is set up and ready for your first cook.

No problem. Kamado Bono grills are designed to be straightforward to assemble.

All tools required for standard grill assembly are included in the box, so you don’t need to purchase any special tools.

Small Items & Accessories

Accessories and smaller products are normally shipped by Aramex courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to follow the shipment and delivery status.

Ordering Before the Weekend?

Please keep in mind that Friday is our non-working day.

Orders placed on Thursday may therefore experience a longer delivery time over the weekend, particularly for smaller parcels shipped by Aramex.

If an Aramex parcel cannot be collected before Friday, collection may take place on Monday, with delivery from Tuesday onwards.

Yes. Delivery of Kamado grills is free across the UAE, excluding Picnic and Hibachi models.

Will you contact me before delivering my grill?

Yes. Full-size grills are delivered by dedicated transport. Our delivery team will contact you in advance using the phone number provided with your order to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. For orders shipped by courier, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver on Fridays?

No. Our delivery operation runs Saturday to Thursday.

When will my grill be assembled?

Assembly is arranged after your grill has been delivered. The phone number provided with your order will be passed to our assembly technician, who will contact you directly to arrange a convenient time. Depending on scheduling and your availability, assembly may take place on the day of delivery or on another agreed day.

Do I need to contact the technician myself?

No. If you have ordered the professional assembly service, we’ll pass the phone number provided with your order to our technician. The technician will contact you directly to arrange the assembly.

Can I assemble the grill myself?

Yes. All tools required for standard assembly are included in the box. We also provide a step-by-step video showing you how to assemble your Kamado Bono grill.

Can I see the grills before buying?

Yes. Selected Kamado Bono models can be viewed at our retail partner locations across the UAE. Check our store list to find the most convenient location and see which models are available to view.
