GRILL INSTALLATION – HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

To make your experience as smooth as possible, we offer a Grill Installation service performed by trained technicians.

Here is how the process typically works:

1.Grill Delivery

Your grill will first be delivered by our courier team.

2.Installation Scheduling

After the grill has been delivered, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient installation appointment.

3.Professional Assembly

Our technicians will assemble the grill according to manufacturer specifications and position it in the desired location.

Please note that delivery and installation are usually performed separately, as our delivery team and installation technicians operate independently.

Kamado grills are heavy ceramic products and typically require two people to move and assemble safely, which is why we offer professional installation for your convenience.

Before Your Installation Appointment

To ensure a smooth installation process, please make sure that:
• the grill has already been delivered and is available on site
• the installation area is accessible and clear
• there is sufficient space to assemble and position the grill
• a responsible person (18+) is present to provide access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the installation location.

This includes building access, parking availability, and any required security permissions.

Grill Installation Terms

Installation Scope

The Grill Installation service includes:
• unpacking the grill
• assembling the grill according to manufacturer specifications
• positioning the grill in the designated location
• removal of basic packaging materials
• placing packaging materials in the customer’s designated waste disposal area

The service does not include:
• gas line installation
• electrical connections
• structural modifications
• masonry or outdoor kitchen construction
• custom fitting into built-in kitchen structures

If the grill will be installed into a custom outdoor kitchen or built-in structure, additional preparation may be required before installation can take place.

Delivery and Installation Timing

Delivery and installation services are usually performed on different days.

Delivery teams and installation technicians operate independently. Installation appointments are typically scheduled after the grill has been delivered.

Heavy Product Handling

Kamado grills are heavy ceramic products and may require two technicians to safely move and position.

If access conditions make safe handling impossible (for example narrow access, multiple stairs without lift access, or unsafe surfaces), installation may need to be rescheduled or additional assistance may be required.

Customer Availability

A responsible person must be present during the scheduled installation appointment.

If our technicians arrive and:
• access cannot be provided
• the customer is not present
• or the installation cannot be completed due to site conditions

the visit may be considered completed, and a new appointment may require an additional service fee.

Technicians may wait up to 15 minutes after arrival before leaving if access cannot be granted.

Rescheduling

Installation appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after technicians have been dispatched, additional service charges may apply.

Installation No Longer Required

If installation was selected during checkout but is no longer required (for example if the grill has already been assembled), customers should notify us as soon as possible.

Refunds for unused installation services may be issued. However, the following costs may be deducted from the refund:
• payment gateway processing fees
• administrative handling costs
• technician dispatch or scheduling costs (if applicable)

If technicians have already been dispatched, the installation service may be considered partially or fully utilized.

Installation Location Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming the final installation location before the technicians begin assembly.

We are not responsible for issues related to:
• unsuitable installation location
• insufficient ventilation
• structural limitations of the site
• modifications made after installation

Property Conditions

Our technicians take care when performing installations. However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from:
• pre-existing site conditions
• fragile surfaces or structures
• restricted access routes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation location is suitable and safe.

Agreement

By selecting Grill Installation on the product page and completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Grill Installation Terms.
