Inkbird INT-11P-B is a smart wireless meat thermometer that makes it easier to cook meat to perfection, whether you are grilling, smoking or roasting in the oven. Its completely wireless probe allows you to monitor temperatures in the app from up to 90 metres away.

The thermometer connects via Bluetooth only. Its high-precision probe simultaneously measures both the internal food temperature and the ambient temperature inside your oven or grill, making it easy to monitor the entire cooking process through the app. The app allows you to select preset temperatures for different foods, view temperature graphs throughout cooking and more. The thermometer base features a built-in lithium battery that recharges via USB.

Using the thermometer is simple: insert the probe into the food up to the indicated mark and connect it to the smartphone app. Select your target temperature and preferred level of doneness, then start cooking and monitor the readings in the app.

The thermometer can also be used over direct heat at temperatures up to 250°C, provided the probe is inserted fully into the meat up to the indicated mark.
