Recipe

  1. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking. Light the charcoal using a fire starter, place the stainless steel grill grates, and wait until the temperature reaches 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Adjust the upper and lower air vents to maintain a consistent temperature.
  3. Slice the cheese and rub it with pepper, salt, Cajun spice mix, and oil.
  4. Brush the grill grates with oil. Grill the cheese for 7 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other. It can be served with various salads.
