Baked camembert with raspberries and pecans.
1.Prepare the grill for indirect heat cooking at 180°C.
2.Place the Camembert in a Grand feu pan and drizzle with maple syrup.
3.Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese softens and becomes creamy inside.
4.Top the baked Camembert with mashed raspberries, pecans, a few thyme leaves, and fresh berries.
5.Serve warm with crispy bread or crackers.
