Baked apples with cottage cheese: Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct grilling, light the charcoal with a starter, place the stainless steel cooking grates, and wait until the temperature reaches 190°C.
Adjust the top and bottom air vents to maintain a stable temperature.
Cut off the tops of the apples and hollow out the centers, leaving thick walls. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, honey, chopped nuts, cranberries, vanilla sugar, and starch well, then evenly fill the hollowed-out apples with the mixture.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
