Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Pour the melted butter over this mixture. Beat one egg and the yolk of another egg, then pour it on top. Warm the milk and add it to the mixture. Mix everything together and knead the dough. If the dough is elastic, you are on the right track. Then pour a little oil into a bowl, place the dough inside, and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it rest at room temperature for about an hour.
Sprinkle a little flour, then divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each part into sticks about 60-70 cm long. Wrap them around the rotisserie skewer. After wrapping, brush them with oil and roll them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct grilling by lighting the charcoal with a starter. Heat the grill to 200 °C and cook with the rotisserie skewer for 10-15 minutes.
Season the baked roll with mascarpone cream, berries, and mint leaves.
