  • 400 g cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 liter of oil
  • Powdered sugar

Recipe

  1. Donuts: Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking, light the charcoal with a starter, place the stainless steel grates and baking stone, and wait until the temperature reaches 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Adjust the top and bottom air vents to maintain a consistent temperature.
  3. Whisk the eggs with sugar, then add the cottage cheese.
  4. Mix baking soda with vinegar and add it to the mixture, then sift in the flour and mix well. Shape into small balls.
  5. Place a pot on the baking stone, pour in the oil, and heat it well.
  6. Fry for about 6-8 minutes. Once cooked, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
