Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking, light the charcoal with a fire starter, place the stainless steel grates, and wait until the temperature reaches 220°C.
Cut the grapefruits in half. Using a sharp knife, carefully separate the fruit from the peel and cut the segments for easier eating with a spoon.
Sprinkle a pinch of anise and a couple of teaspoons of sugar on each half.
Grill with the lid closed for about 3-5 minutes. Serve with cold, full-fat Greek yogurt and granola.
