Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking. Light the charcoal with a starter, place the cast iron frying pan on, and wait until the temperature reaches 200°C. Adjust the top and bottom air vents to maintain an even temperature.
Grate the zucchini, season with salt, and let it sit for a few minutes. Drain the liquid, crack an egg into it, add minced garlic, flour, and pepper, and mix well.
Heat oil in the cast iron frying pan, shape the zucchini mixture into a base. Add sliced sausage, tomato, and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
