Recipe

  1. Potato pancakes with meat: prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking, light the charcoal with a fire starter, place the stainless steel cooking grates, and wait until the temperature reaches 250 degrees. Partially close the top and bottom air vents to maintain a consistent temperature.
  2. Grate the potatoes along with the onions, season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and mix them into the grated mixture.
  3. Season the meat with spices and add grated onion.
  4. Place cast iron frying pans on the grates, heat them thoroughly, and layer the grated mixture, meat, and another layer of the grated mixture. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes.
