Burger with soy steak

Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking, light the charcoal with a tanner, place on a stainless steel grill and wait until the temperature rises to 180 degrees. Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.
Prepare soy steaks as indicated on the package and grate, cover with cherry & cola sauce.
At the end of baking, place a slice of cheese. Spread butter on buns, toast on the grill.
Place the caramelized onion, steak and salad on the bun.
Delicious!

4 slices Violife cheese (for vegans)
Salad mixture
4 tablespoons Vegan Mayonnaise
