Bbq onion balls

Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking, ignite the charcoal with a tanner, place on a stainless steel grill and wait until the temperature rises to 200 degrees. Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.
Peel the onions, cut in half and cut. Mix the meat with mustard, onion, egg, tomato paste, spices, chopped parsley. Make dumplings from the meat, press in the mozzarella cheese, place them in the onion halves, connect the 2 halves and wrap in bacon strips. Bake for 40 minutes with 10 minutes left. apply BBQ sauce until the end of cooking.

1 teaspoon tomato paste
POPPAMIES Roasted Garlic Barbecue Sauce

1 tbsp. Spice mix “BURGERS & RIBS RUB”
