Asian beef skewers
Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking, light the charcoal with a tanner, place on a stainless steel grill and wait until the temperature rises to 180 degrees. Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.Mix all the spices and sauces in a bowl. The beef tenderloin was cut into thin slices and mixed well with the marinade. Marinate everything in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours covered with cling film. Bake for about 10-15 minutes in the open heat. Choose fried champignons or vegetables for garnish. Delicious!
INGREDIENTS
1 kg of beef tenderloin1 tbsp. spoon grated ginger
4 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp. spoons of mashed onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 tbsp. spoons of sunflower oil
2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
2 tbsp. spoons of coriander
1 tbsp. spoon of cumin
1/8 arb. teaspoon cayenne pepper (pinch)
1/2 arb. teaspoon ground turmeric
2 boiled corn
2 portobelo mushrooms or 5 champignons.
