Lentil curry

Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking, light the charcoal with a tanner, place on a stainless steel grill and wait until the temperature rises to 180 degrees. Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.
Put the lentils, bacon, onion, garlic, spices in the baking dish several times, stir in the water to just cover the lentils and put a cube of the broth.
Simmer at 180C for 15 minutes.
Pour in the coconut milk, stir and allow the soldier to thicken, stirring occasionally. Add the butter.

10 gr. Turmeric
1 cube chicken broth
Cube of butter
