Grill oysters
Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking, ignite the charcoal with a tanner, place on a stainless steel grill, wait until the temperature rises to 300 degrees.Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.
Remove the oysters from the shell, drain the liquid.
Place the pan on the grill, add butter, thyme, garlic and oysters, season with salt and pepper. Bake with stirring for 5 minutes.
Put the oysters back in the shell and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Arrange the oysters on the grill on the grill when the cheese starts to melt and add a teaspoon of the sauce to each oyster.
Bake for about 3 minutes to allow the sauce to warm up and the cheese to completely melt.
Garnish with thyme leaves, toast the baguette on the grill.
