Caramelized beets
Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking, light the charcoal with a tanner, place on a stainless steel grill and wait until the temperature rises to 200 degrees. Close the upper and lower air dampers to keep the temperature even.Place the pan on the grill, add the oil, heat. Add the beets and fry for 3 - 4 minutes, add balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar and add sugar, heat, stirring constantly, until the liquid evaporates, the sugar dissolves and the beets caramelize.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme!

50 ml. Wine vinegar
80 gr. Brown sugar
A few sprigs of fresh thyme
