  • 6 hearts (about 1 kg)
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons freshly ground smoked banasura pepper
  • 3 teaspoons BBQ seasoning mix (Memphis Mud Rub)
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe

  1. First, marinate the lamb hearts and let them sit for 24 hours.
  2. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking. Light the charcoal using a fire starter, place the stainless steel cooking grates, and wait until the temperature reaches 180-200 degrees Celsius. Grill for about one hour.
