Ingredients

  • 400 g sliced beef
  • Onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 5 tablespoons canned corn
  • A handful of black olives
  • Small zucchini
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 liters beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oil

Recipe

  1. Prepare your Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking: light the charcoal using a fire starter, place the stainless steel grates, and wait until the temperature reaches 190°C (374°F). Slightly close the top and bottom air vents to maintain a steady temperature.
  2. In a pot, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil, add diced beef and brown it. Add chopped onion and garlic, stir and let it slightly brown, then add diced carrots, celery, and zucchini. Add a sprig of rosemary and tomato paste. Stir everything and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth and simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. At the end, add the spices – pepper, salt, taco seasoning, and paprika powder.
  4. Finally, add olives and corn. Once done cooking, cover with a lid and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy your meal!
