  • 4 corn cobs
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt, pepper

Recipe

  1. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking, light the charcoal with a fire starter, place the stainless steel cooking grates, and wait until the temperature rises to 180 degrees Celsius. Adjust the top and bottom air vents to maintain a consistent temperature.
  2. Boil the corn for 10 minutes in salted water.
  3. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning constantly.
  4. Mix grated garlic with melted butter, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Once the corn is grilled, brush it with the garlic butter.
