  • Halloumi cheese

  • Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper

Recipe

 

  1. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking, light the charcoal with a fire starter, and wait until the temperature rises to 180 degrees Celsius. Adjust the top and bottom air vents to maintain a consistent temperature.
  2. Thread the ingredients onto skewers. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients well, then pour over the grilled skewers.
  4.  Enjoy!
