Ingredients

  • Large potatoes
  • Bacon
  • Grated cheddar
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Butter
  • SPG seasoning
  • Spray oil
  • Chopped green onions
  • Coleslaw

Recipe

  1. Jacket Potato: Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking, light the charcoal with a fire starter, place the stainless steel grates, and wait until the temperature reaches 200°C. Adjust the top and bottom air vents to maintain a consistent temperature.
  2. Make a cross-cut on the potatoes, spray with oil, sprinkle with SPG seasoning, add butter, and wrap them in foil.
  3. Grill the potatoes for 2 hours at 200°C.
  4. After unwrapping the potatoes, place them back on the grill for 20-30 minutes to crisp up at 250°C.
  5. Grill some bacon, and once cooked, chop it into small pieces.
  6. Take the slightly crispy potatoes, open them slightly, and add the bacon. Then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Return everything to the grill to melt the cheese.
  8. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped green onions and a side of coleslaw.
  9. Enjoy your meal.
