Ingredients

 

  • 5 pieces of salmon fillet, 150 g each
  • Lemon pepper
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 10 g fresh parsley
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 onions
  • 50 g garlic
  • 50 g capers
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp natural aged soy sauce
  • 22 broccoli
  • 200 g asparagus
  • 200 g carrots
  • 100 ml oil
  • Himalayan salt with pepper

Recipe

  1. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking. Light the charcoal using a fire starter, place the cast iron grates, and wait until the temperature reaches 200°C. Adjust the top and bottom vents to maintain a consistent temperature.
  2. Place a cast iron frying pan in the grill.
  3. In the pan, sauté the onion in butter. Add wine and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cook while stirring until the sauce thickens. Stir in capers, crushed garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
  4. Cut the vegetables. Season them and mix with oil. Grill the vegetables on both sides.
  5. Season the salmon fillets with spices. Grill on the grates for 7 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve the fish with the vegetables and sauce.
  7. Enjoy.
