- 2×250 g salmon fillets
- Olive oil for cooking
- Lemon slices
- Cedar plank soaked in water for 1 hour
- Marinade:
- 1 cup chopped fresh dill
- 6 tbsp olive oil (ideally 4 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil)
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp cumin
- 1½ tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp flour
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A little water if the mixture is too thick
