Ingredients

  • 500 g fish mince
  • 6 slices of bread
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp starch
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • Salt, pepper
  • Fried onion crisps (store-bought)
  • Fresh dill

Recipe

  1. Soak the bread slices in milk, then drain. Mix all the ingredients, except for the onion crisps. Roll the formed 7-8 patties in the onion crisps.
  2. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking, light the charcoal with a fire starter, place the stainless steel cooking grates, and wait until the temperature reaches 220 degrees Celsius.
  3. Place a baking stone on the grates, lay baking paper on it, place the patties on the paper, spray them with oil, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy your meal.
