Recipe

  1. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct grilling, light the charcoal with a starter, place the cast iron grates and the cast iron flat surface, and wait until the temperature rises to 230°C
  2. Adjust the top and bottom air vents to maintain an even temperature.
  3. Season the steaks with soy sauce, pepper, and rub them with sesame oil
  4. Pour sesame seeds into a dish and coat the steaks, pressing them with your hand to ensure the seeds stick firmly.
  5. Grill on the flat surface for 1.5 minutes on each side.
  6. Enjoy your meal.
