  • 1 kg smelt
  • Salt
  • 4-5 oak smoking wood chips

Recipe

  1. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking by lighting the charcoal with a lighter, placing the stainless steel cooking grates, and waiting until the temperature rises to 60°C. Add the smoking wood chips, and adjust the top and bottom air vents to maintain a stable temperature.
  2. Place the smelt on the grates and smoke for 1 hour.
  3. Enjoy your meal.
